Notes:
-I received the 3 video files that comprise this SVCD-compliant MPEG-2 file from ripple.etree.org and Wally's ftp server. The original MPEG files were not NTSC VCD-compliant (e.g., 320x240 resolution; autopadding required). I took them and made an uncompressed avi movie with VEM (30fps, 44.1kHz stereo audio). Then I used TMPGEnc to render an SVCD-compliant MPEG-2 (Video Stream: Motion Video, 480x480, 29.97003fps NTSC, 2520kbps; Audio Stream: Audio Standard MPEG layer2 Stereo, 44100Hz, 229376bps).
