Notes:
- Cassidy has 2 patches at 1:51 - 1:53 and 2:41 - 2:43
- Day Job has a patch from 0:04 - 0:10.  The AUD has 2 pops at 0:09.
- This show can fit on 2x 80 minute discs by moving Shakedown to the first disc.  
I didn't do it this way because I didn't want to interrupt the beginning of the second set.
