(*) -- The last half of Seastones and the last part of
Stella Blue > end of show were patched with Jerry Moore's MC>D>CD (AKG D1000s>Sony TC-152) audience recording.  

Note -- The folks that circulated this show scoured high and low for the best possible version (incl. ALL of the "usual suspects"), and the best copy ANYONE had was MR>C2>D, so that's what was used.  I have followed up on this as well, including a comparison of the alleged 
"MR>PCM>DAT>CD" version, and have concluded that this copy is the best that's "out."
